*9:00-1:00pm -Secrets of a tea room kitchen baking class- we will enjoy munching on our wonderful quiche, scones, lemon curd and other goodies.
*2:00-4:00pm- Professional Tea Tasting with Melanie & creating your hot tea menu

Day Three

*10:00-12:00pm- Promoting your tea business, buidling your "Dream Team," website design, menu planning, Wholesale Vendors, Gift Shop & Merchandising

*1:00pm- 6:00pm  Level II "Cooking with Tea" featuring original recipes from Miss Melanie's Tea Room. This class is available for Level I participants from past seminars as well as Savannah participants!
